Final campaign

My final campaign will be a series of posters and a television  ad. I am using text as the main visual element for two main reasons. First as a Lebanese and especially today, our words are not taken into consideration. Words are important to us, it takes guts to talk and the fact that Lebanese do; shows how strong we are but unfortunately our words are not heard. Second I got inspired by the book "Thinking in type" by Alex White who explained the value of text and how the letters we use are the products of 5,000 years of written evolution. And the Great artist Jenny Holzer whose only used text in her art in order to show the importance of text.

I'm working more on my campaign,  I did 3 posters until now but so far i think Im going to use only text in my posters talking about lebanese people and how they are still putting up with all these problems. Here's an example of the 4 posters I was working on (arabic):

I started working on my project, i decided to include Fairouz lyrics in all of my posters in order to show what's going on in lebanon through one of the most amazing lebanese traditional singers in Lebanon. from 10 am. until 3pm. i was sitting on the computer listening to Fairouz's songs trying to find the appropriate lyrics for each of my concept. i worked on 3 posters and I'm still brainstorming for ideas for my television ad.
